The Boogie does not host audio. It streams recordings from public sources: the Relisten API (which also carries the Phish recordings from Phish.in) and the Internet Archive's Live Music Archive, which publish concert recordings and show information for apps to use. Many of these recordings come from bands that welcome taping and free sharing, and Relisten's own app, which streams the same archives, is also available on the App Store. There is no downloading in The Boogie, and all rights remain with the artists and other rights holders. If you are an artist, label or rights holder and want a recording removed from The Boogie, contact us with the artist, show date and a description of your request. We will respond promptly and can also direct you to the source service to request removal there.
