Effective October 2, 2026
By using The Boogie you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
The Boogie is a discovery and listening tool for live concert recordings. We do not host, sell or claim ownership of any recordings. Audio is streamed from third-party services including Relisten and the Internet Archive. All rights in the music and recordings remain with the artists and other rights holders.
The Boogie is built on public web services. It does not host, store, sell or offer downloads of any audio. Recordings are streamed directly from public sources that publish concert recordings and show information for apps to use: the Relisten API (which also carries the Phish recordings from Phish.in) and the Live Music Archive at the Internet Archive. Many of these recordings come from bands that welcome audience and soundboard taping and free sharing. Relisten's own app, which streams the same archives, is also available on the App Store.
All rights in the music and recordings remain with the artists and other rights holders. If you are a rights holder and want a recording removed, please contact us through the Support page and we will respond promptly.
Recordings are provided for your personal, non-commercial listening. Do not download, redistribute, sell or publicly perform them through The Boogie, and respect any additional terms set by the artist or the source service.
You are responsible for what you post. Do not post anything unlawful, hateful, harassing, sexually explicit, spammy, or that infringes someone's rights. There is no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users: we review reports within 24 hours, remove content that breaks these rules, and ban users who repeatedly do so. In the iPhone app you can report any post and block any user by pressing and holding it; you can also reach us through the Support page.
Keep your sign-in secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. You can delete your data in Settings at any time.
The service depends on third-party sources and may change, be interrupted, or stop working without notice. We may update these terms and will change the effective date when we do.
The Boogie is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
